Files and folders can be grouped under numerous categories and each category be provided with a window with upto 16 launch buttons. Grouping does not require moving of files. You can have lists of categories which can be changed by using a scroll bar. The launch buttons show the name and icon of your files. You can easily create icons by easily dragging them in to the launch window which can later be deleted or rearranged.
